1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services of the Provider, namely massage (passive work) as well as personal training and coaching (active work). By booking an appointment, these Terms are accepted.
2. Booking and conclusion of the contract
Appointments are arranged online, by phone or by email. The contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the appointment. An off-site appointment (at a studio of your choice) is a request; an individual offer will follow.
3. Services
The Provider offers services for health promotion, recovery and performance improvement. These do not replace a medical diagnosis or therapy. If a concern requires medical assessment or specialised therapy, the Provider refers you to a suitable professional network.
4. Customer's cooperation
Before the treatment, the Customer truthfully informs the Provider of relevant health circumstances (e.g. injuries, pre-existing conditions, medication, pregnancy). The Provider may decline or adapt a treatment where this is indicated for professional reasons.
5. Prices and payment
The prices communicated at the time of booking apply. Payment is made after the appointment by TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay or cash. No billing through health insurance takes place; the service is obtained directly and privately.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the agreed appointment will be charged.
7. Liability
The Provider is liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Participation in training and acceptance of treatments take place within the Customer's own responsibility. No liability is assumed for a particular result.
8. Data protection
The handling of personal data is governed by the Provider's Privacy Policy and the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).
9. Amendments
The Provider may amend these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of booking is decisive.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Chur.
